Quality Applications GmbH built the Shattered Stars app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Quality Applications GmbH at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Gameplay
In order for the game to work, we need to store all your game data on our server. The collected all the data needed to keep your game running. This data is for example:
- Collected ships and items
- Level or competition progress
- Highscores
- Collected Resources
- Obtained gifts
- Status of daily quests and therefore last login and reset time
Security
In order to prevent hacking and cheating attempts, we need to gather some additional data. We need any player to authorize your accounts. If you want to use your account on multiple devices or acquire your data after the game has been deleted on your device, you need to bind your account to an authorization mechanism. You need to provide some personal data in order to use this authorization mechanism. You are free to use an authorization mechanism and provide your information, but in order to identify your account later on, you have to use an authorization mechanism. If you don’t want to provide any personal data, you may use a fake E-Mail-Adress but please keep in mind, then we will not be able to reset your password, if needed!
Another information we will collect for security reasons is the number of purchases. This information is used solely to identify players who may have obtained purchases without buying the items. Maybe we will use this information in the future to gift additional items to players.
Stability
For stability reasons to find bugs or solve your problems we may log special events triggered in your game together with your used, temporary IP-Adress. If there are problems, this information can be used to provide solutions of these problems in future updates.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
